My kids

I am sitting here on the couch with Cy. It is after 9:00 but he doesn't like to go to bed unless his daddy puts him to bed. So I thought I'd do a quick update on what the kids are doing know.

Cyrus is talking so much more. His new words are bandaid sounds like ban aid. He also is saying mine very clearly! He loves to yell at his sister if she isn't doing what I am asking. I do have to brag a little that he knows his main colors and recoginzes many of numbers. I guess that is one plus of having a big sister...or maybe his is just brilliant! He is going to be 2 on the 17th!!! This is just crazy!! We are having a construction theme since he loves his diggers and dump trucks.

Ella is doing great also. she still loves school. She is starting to read words. Her school is working on sight words like me and on... I've been working on rhyming words with her. She is doing really well. Her and Cy like to fight...but Cyrus misses her soooo much when she's at school. When we approach her school he says no Ella no.

We got a new van!!! Yes new!!! I'm super excited. I love it! I have to brag on my husband for a little while. He has been going to the gym between 4 to 6 times a week! He has been so good! Me...well I am trying to get back into running. I had a good run tonight so I am hoping to get up to running at least 4 times a week...we'll see.
