My New Goal

For those who may not know my past I was a runner in high school. I really enjoy to run but it is hard to get motivated! Thanks to my friend Amber's blog I got an idea of how to train for a 5K. It is . I like to because you start out slow. I adapted it a little by running for 90 seconds and then walking 60 seconds. I've done this for 2 days now. It does work. It helps me get motivated to run up all the hills in Morgantown. My goal is to run the Forest Festival Race in October. I want to blog about this so it will help me hopefully continue with my goal! Time will tell.
